About Me

Brooke Burton-Lüttmann, Los Angeles-based restaurant  consultant and hospitality trainer

I’m Brooke Burton-Lüttmann and I’m the Service Coach.

I have led some of Los Angeles’ best new restaurants through the process of opening and, thanks to my guidance and support, have helped them receive stellar critical reviews, early critical success, and even national acclaim for their high level of service.

I offer long and short term solutions for organizations that need assistance in setting up their restaurant for success–from the minute they open the door on their first day. I teach owners and managers the fine art of hospitality through effective hiring, training, and the implementation of solid systems. I bring clients my expertise in operational leadership and two decades of experience in the restaurant industry. Using time tested solutions, I help business owners and leaders gain clarity on what it takes to connect to customers and deliver excellent products on a consistent basis. I create strong systems, write effective manuals, support brand building, social media growth, and teach people how to find, hire, and manage their teams effectively.

My goal is to help business leaders and individuals find joy and fulfillment in pursuing a life of service. Why? Because true hospitality has a way of transforming the life of the giver as well as the receiver.
